**Controller Assistant (Senior Accountant)**

Our client is hiring a controller assistant to join our team. This position is expected to in charge of financial reporting, financial due diligence of acquisition, financial modeling, consolidation of financial statements and financial analysis. This position must be an outstanding communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to solve complex problems. Having great experience of the construction or electrical industries is preferred.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including monthly and annual financial reports.
- Manage and oversee the company’s budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and payroll tax
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain internal controls and financial procedures
- Oversee and manage a team of accounting professionals

**Requirements**:

- 5-8 years of accounting experience
- CPA or CPA Designations (Taxation)
- Mandarin is required
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance
- Had background of construction or builders industries
- Excellent communication skills and command of the English language
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and enthusiasm to learn
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Financial reporting experience for public companies an asset

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Start date: As soon as possible
