**Summary**:
This is a highly rewarding and challenging opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our dynamic team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of locally based advertisers, exceeding sales quotas through the selling of Bell Media digital and broadcast media platforms. Your success will be measured by your ability to create and deliver solutions-based proposals which feature research data and integrated offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for a portfolio of locally based advertisers.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential advertisers and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Develop and present compelling sales proposals that showcase the value proposition of Bell Media's digital and broadcast media platforms.
- Negotiate and close deals with advertisers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage and track client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on campaign performance.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential clients.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a digital media or advertising sales environment.
- Deep understanding of the digital and broadcast media landscape, including key metrics, targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, sales automation tools, and market research platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role within the digital media or advertising industry.
- Valid certifications in relevant digital marketing and advertising disciplines.

**Additional Requirements**:
This role requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for the digital media and advertising industry. You must be a team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
