We are seeking a BRAVE and experienced hospitality manager to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences to our friends, customers, vendors and community..

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our brewery business, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving revenue growth while reducing operational costs.

We are not looking for someone to come in and do the same for us as they have done for others. We are looking for an innovator who has the ideas and ability to execute them to differentiate our business and help us thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the brewery, including managing staff, scheduling, and inventory management, and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strong strategies to increase revenue, including expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the Tap Room by increasing customer traffic and planning events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and ensure all staff members are trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for all products, and ensure that all brewing and serving processes adhere to all BC Liquor and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry partners to promote the brewery mission/vision/values and increase customer base.
- Manage the brewery's marketing and social media presence, and create engaging and informative content to attract new customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the brewery's financial performance, and develop strategies to improve profitability.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 2 years in a management position.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Passion for craft beer and knowledge of brewing processes and techniques.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and expanding customer base.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
