- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Intermediate accounting and arithmetic skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise a team.
- Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Train, mentor and motivate team members to deliver high quality service.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of food and supplies.
- Assist with scheduling shifts and managing employee performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
