**Responsibilities & Duties of the Role**
A Supply Chain & Logistics Associate in the Pizza Hotline Corporate Support Team acts as the primary delegate for any and all tasks, processes, issues, etc. related to our supply chain. They work as an integral team member in our Operations Department, as well as our larger Corporate Support Team. Some responsibilities include:
- Continuously embodying the values and culture of the Pizza Hotline team in all interactions
- Tracking, evaluating, and supporting our company, franchisees, and team members on issues related to our supply chain or where it is involved
- Communicating as the primary contact with Vendors, Distribution Partners, and Franchisees on issues related to supply chain
- Evaluating and adjusting inventory-stocking levels based on past order history and performance levels
- Analyzing inventory levels to identify and make recommendations regarding excess and obsolete inventory
- Continuously performing supplier reviews, price checks, and analysis
- Continuously sourcing new suppliers and inventory items with associated product testing and contract negotiation
- Short and Long-Term issue reconciliation and problem solving in relation to our Supply Chain
- Analyzing and reporting on KPIs
- Recommending and implementing optimization plans, systems, and processes/procedures related to supply chain, procurement, or logistics
**This job is perfect for someone who has**:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics for 3+ years
- Forecasting & Analysis
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning and Management
- Logistics Planning
- Replenishment Planning
- Experience in financial/operational management of restaurants, hiring and firing of staff, new store openings, etc. a plus
- Strong inter-personal and written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills, who is able to inspire and motivate team members, and make decisions quickly and effectively while adhering strictly to brand standards and culture
- A deep passion for the restaurant industry, with a desire to work ‘hands-on’ and build positive moral and team spirit
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, bringing in larger teams when needed but taking charge of the process
- Strong technological competencies (including as a minimum: Office 365 experience, POS system programming and use capabilities)
- Advanced Skill in MS Excel a requirement (pivot tables, array formulas, charts, etc.)
- Experience in the use of ERP systems an asset
- A flair and passion for new technologies, and automation and streamlining of routine processes
- Highest level of attention to detail, individual elements, and how they piece together into the final end product
- Keen understanding of consumers and a passion for serving the customer and always exceeding expectations
