**Job Summary**
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the company, ensuring that business processes and procedures are efficient, effective, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role will lead the Operations team, optimize workflows, and play a key role in driving company-wide performance and growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and improve the performance and results of all Departments
- Responsible for the operations and compliance of all Department
- Reporting results to the Managing Director
- Lead strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and reporting tools to measure operational success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop long-term operational strategies and manage resource planning.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations to ensure optimal service and cost-efficiency.

**Qualifications**:
3+ years of progressive experience in a senior operations leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large teams within the Logistics industry and complex operational systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in using a PC, the Microsoft Office Suite, and operational software platforms.
- Have a vehicle to travel within the district as required.

This contract position will lead to Full Time position after then contract is ended.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
