**Role Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee a team of investigators and administrative staff.
- Collaborate with Investigation Managers to ensure top-quality services and reporting.
- Manage large-scale projects and sophisticated corporate investigations.
- Innovate and provide solutions to client issues.
- Develop and mentor a skilled team of professionals through performance management, coaching, and training.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario Private Investigators License.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in investigations, with at least 5 years in a management role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a client-focused environment.
- Strategic, operational, and tactical expertise in corporate and insurance-based investigation services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding timelines.
- Ability to communicate in both Canada’s official languages is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and passport without restrictions.
