**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability to meet and exceed financial goals.
- Analyze financial reports to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Ensure Quality and Safety**:

- Keep a keen eye on food safety and hygiene, making sure our restaurant meets all health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure every burger and fry is up to our delicious standards.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a management role within the food service industry is preferred—especially if you’ve worked in fast food
- Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and developing a winning team.
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for handling challenges with a positive attitude.
- Financial savvy and the ability to manage budgets and drive sales.
- **Education**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business management or a related field is a bonus.
- **Additional Traits**:

- A go-getter who’s not afraid of a little hard work and has the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and handle some lifting.
