- Extensive knowledge of Resident’s Bill of Rights
- Knowledge of dementia, delirium, and other age-related cognitive issues
- Experience in Long-Term Care Home
- Time management skills

- Gentle Persuasive Approaches Certificate
- U-First Certificate
- Medical Terminology course

**Benefits**:
