**Reports to**:Director of Operations, Director of LEAP, Afterschool Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Director of Human Resources.

**Job Purpose**:The role of the Executive Assistant is to provide additional support to all members of the administrative team. The internship is flexible and can accommodate the individual's interests and educational requirements.

**Responsibilities: (Can vary depending on department)**
- Assisting scheduling, reports, communication, supporting camp coordinators on site
- Preparing marketing materials, maintaining the company’s website or building project databases
- Helping to build better communication lines and relationships with parents, social media, and building new partnerships and relationships with community members
- Assisting with the development of new projects, taking on the role of a specific team-member for certain projects. Assisting with and all activities that relate to TAC services (i.e. camps, school programs weekend programs etc.)
- Reporting on trends from competitors and other companies in the community
- Develop content for the newsletter, blog, social media, printed materials and other print materials, etc.
- Developing marketing campaigns and strategies for marketing events prior to their start: fun-fairs at schools in the community, November, Christmas and Summer camps
- Video and Photography, Design Work, Creative Design, Social Media, Web Development
- Content Creation & new ideas for topics that will help today's job-seekers, attract new clients

**Administration**:

- Identify opportunities for improvement in the marketing department and recommend any changes that seem suitable to increase brand awareness of TAC
- Problem-solve issues affecting the accomplishment of those objectives
- Developing weekly objectives and work with Directors to successfully achieve all objectives
- Execute daily and weekly social media posts on different channels
- Plan and coordinate newsletter campaigns
- Aid in the development of novel ideas and approaches for TAC branding and programming.
- Helping to build better communication lines and relationships with clients.
- Assisting with all activates that relate to TAC services (i.e. camps, school programs, weekend programs etc.)
- Assist in creating business strategies to help reach sales targets.
- Provide quality customer service when interacting with parents, facilitates, and other departments.
- Assisting with outreach proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- MUST Be enrolled in post-secondary education, either in a degree or diploma-related program requiring placement/Co-op hours to complete the degree or diploma
- Effective communication skills, computer skills, teamwork, personable, positive
- Standard First Aid and CPR (preferred)
- Working with children, coaching considered an asset

**Hours of operation at Toronto Athletic Camps**:
**Job Types**: Internship / Co-op, Full-time

**Salary**: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
