We are looking for an In-House Social Media Content Creator, Manager and Strategist with detailed knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LTK and TikTok.

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement our social media strategy and calendar across each social media platform in accordance with company objectives.
- Create original content that is in line with the company brand, including images, videos, and copy.
- Monitor and respond to user comments and inquiries.
- Keep up with the latest trends and best practices in the social media space.
- Stay up to date on analytics and metrics for each platform.
- Track and report on results of campaigns.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and analyze data and trends to monitor performance and uncover areas of improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across and throughout all marketing projects
- Initiate and coordinate with industry influencers and partners to optimize our social reach and engagement.
- Work with visuals, simple gifs, PS assets, videos, etc.
- Use data to communicate and report on social goals, strategy, and results, and how these relate to wider business aims.
- Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Please note: this is not a WFH position.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Social Media Manager or Specialist and are looking to take your career to the next level.
- Demonstrated ability in SM platforms including, but not limited to, Later, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok and LTK.
- A strong understanding of best practices across all social media platforms and passion in crafting beautiful content and posts for all social platforms.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining a “can do” attitude.
- Creative, organized, detail oriented and takes pride in accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in reaching out to senior team members for information.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment (you will be working alongside our retail, staging and interior design teams to collect and create content) as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of content production.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Up to date on current interiors/trends.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Must have a valid drivers licence and car.
