**Join The Team**:
**The Role**:

- Provides specialization in endpoint technologies and environment patch management systems, reviews existing IT systems and internal processes, thus ensuring constant update of technology and solutions.
- IT Asset Management includes all infrastructure technologies for ERCO Worldwide such as equipment, hardware, accessories, etc.
- Procurement : Oversee all IT procurement items for the organisation as it relates to communication, server and end point infrastructure.
- Cyber Security : Ensure that all ERCO endpoints are secured with focus on patch management at all locations.
- The IT Specialist provides support to the end user community in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Deployment of desktop devices are done in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deploy threat management software in accordance with the sections policies and procedures.
- Ensures user incidents are properly vetted and assigned to the correct IT section.

**The Person**:

- College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science.
- 0-2 years experience in a technical support role (relevant coop experience accepted)
- Basic working knowledge of windows operating systems, Office 365 and remote support tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of scripting, Power Shelf & C++.
