Nous recherchons un **Assembleur Pneumatique/Hydraulique** pour rejoindre notre équipe de production. Vous serez responsable de l’assemblage, du test et de l’inspection des composants pneumatiques et hydrauliques à partir des plans d’ingénierie, tout en garantissant les normes de qualité avant l’expédition.
Responsabilités
- Lire et interpréter les plans d’ingénierie.
- Assembler les composants hydrauliques et pneumatiques (tuyaux, raccords, pièces).
- Tester les assemblages pour:
- Fonctionnalité
- Fuites
- Défauts ou mauvaise installation
- Relevés de température
- Compléter et enregistrer les listes de contrôle de test.
- Assurer le contrôle qualité tout au long du processus d’assemblage.
- Nettoyer et entretenir les commandes, les pompes et l’espace de travail.
- Préparer les composants pour l’expédition.
- Effectuer des opérations métallurgiques (découpe, pliage, meulage, perçage, fraisage, usinage, grenaillage).
Profil recherché
- Expérience avec les composants hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques.
- Capacité à lire et analyser des plans techniques.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Bonne aptitude mécanique et connaissance des outils manuels et instruments de mesure.

Exigences physiques
- Se tenir debout de longues périodes, se pencher, soulever et s’accroupir.

- Excellente dextérité manuelle pour travailler avec des outils et équipements industriels.

- Bruit industriel modéré.
**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Pneumatic/Hydraulic Assembler** to join our production team. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting pneumatic and hydraulic components based on engineering drawings, ensuring high-quality standards before shipping.
What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic components (hoses, fittings, parts).
- Test assemblies for:
- Functionality
- Leaks
- Defects or incorrect installation
- Temperature readings
- Complete and record testing checklists.
- Maintain quality control throughout the assembly process.
- Clean and maintain controls, pumps, and workstations.
- Prepare components for shipping.
- Perform metalworking operations (cutting, bending, grinding, drilling, milling, machining, glass beading).
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
- French or English.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments.

Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods, bend, lift, and crouch.
- Lift up to 70 lbs.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
