Benefits With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) Retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Read and interpret plans and technical drawings Install and repair mechanical components Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (e.g. hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.) Prepare aircraft for flights (refueling, daily inspection); participate in engine and APU tests Make changes according to service bulletins while respecting industry standards Perform other related duties How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience DEC or AEC in Aircraft Maintenance or M2 License or EASA B1 License or A&P (FAA) or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in the aerospace field, as a mechanic and/or in a related field Be proficient in French or English (spoken and written) Employment type Permanent or contract position Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position We’re not looking for the perfect candidate, we’re looking for great talent and resourcefulness.
