Kitchener, Canada FuelPositive Full time

We are growing our team, and we are seeking a Business Research Analyst Co-op Student who will be supporting the team with research on clean energy technology. As we are a growing organization, this position will initially report to the COO, and may shift the reporting structure in the near future.

**Who we are**:
FuelPositive is a Canadian-based, clean technology company, working to fight climate change by creating and developing practical, clean, and sustainable carbon-free solutions that can be implemented economically now. Above all, we believe in being kind - to the earth, to each other, and to ourselves. We believe that being kind will pay dividends for us all. It’s all about Fuel for a Mindful World.

**What we make**:
We are a progressive and dynamic team committed to providing solutions to solving climate change. Our containerized, green ammonia production technology disrupts the traditional model and sets a new standard for sustainability. If you want to make a Positive impact, be relevant and make a change, join our team and become a part of the solution

**What YOU will do**:
You will be supporting the business by leading a research project looking into viable markets for our clean energy technologies. Working collaboratively with the COO, you will take the lead on researching clean energy sources across countries, estimating the cost of energy, and how much of a state/province/region’s energy supply is considered green. You will also support the evaluation of suppliers to ensure they meet our Corporate Social Responsibility Program standards. Additionally, you will also work with other team members in researching information relevant to our products and markets that will support our competition evaluation.

**Who YOU are**:
You’ve seen our values, and they resonate with you. You are passionate about participating in creating solutions to climate change. You enjoy a challenge and are able to work independently to create reports from data gathered. A small roadblock won’t stop you - you will do your best to get the information needed to provide a well-rounded report.

You are currently studying Business, Economics or a relevant field, and you have a passion for making an impact on climate change. You have strong research and reporting skills and are able to present information in a clear and concise manner. You are not afraid to ask questions - if you are lost, or need guidance, you ask for what you need.

**Why you will love us**:
We are a team in the truest sense of the word. As a group, we are looking to make a positive impact in our world, and are excited to have others join us. Each person we invite to join the team shares our values and will be able to provide specific skills to guide us in achieving our mission. We want to create a space where you can show up as you are - you can share with us, learn with us, and grow with us as a team.

**Perks of joining us**:
We offer competitive compensation, we want to find the right person for this position, and we will compensate accordingly based on the experience you bring.

Our office provides a comfortable space, currently housed in the Catalyst Commons. We are a dog-friendly office - if you’d like to bring your dog into the office to hang out, we would love that
