**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide guests with an excellent wine tasting and dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Provide wine and food pairing recommendations based on guest preferences
- Ensure all drink orders are prepared promptly and to the highest quality standards
- Serve wine flights to guests and explain wines in detail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the winery, including restocking supplies, polish cutlery, stock shelves, and cleaning duties
- Adhere to all smart serve, food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with others
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Smart Serve Certified
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
