**Full-time Lawn Care Job Position**
- Daily property maintenance of residential properties.
- On-call service during the winter months for snow removal of residential

properties.
- We are a small family-run business. We are looking for a hardworking

individual who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work. As a

smaller team, we rely on each other to get jobs done daily and keep quality

to perfection.

such as Lawn cutting, String trimming, String trimmer 90-degree edging,

Spring/ Fall cleanups, and more while working safely. Attention to detail

We work Monday to Friday and Saturday, depending on how the weather is

in the week. We aim to avoid Sundays. We work in the rain when possible

and must be prepared to do so.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Daily tasks will include but not limited to trimming, edging, using a blower,

cutting the grass, etc.
- Work with maintenance equipment and drive a truck with or without trailer

(enclosed or open).
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment needed to complete

lawn or landscape maintenance projects.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
- Responsible for completion of daily jobs start to finish and being

accountable for completion at a high standard of quality on time.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications & Required Skills**
- Eye for detail, excellent attitude, and a customer-first approach.
- 1+ years of lawn cutting / lawn care experience.
- Valid driver license.
- Experience driving a truck with a trailer preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Reliable and responsible.
- The pay reflects the higher standard we require. *

Pay starting at $22 an hour.

Potential of bonus pay making it up to $30+ an hour, once proven

experienced and on our bonus pay system.

*Work t-shirts / hoodies & hats supplied and to be worn on jobs (hat not

mandatory) *

(Birthday and end of season gifts. Random workplace lunches and other

forms of appreciation for our effective team)

Starting date - spring

Possibility for on-call Snow Shovel work this winter.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call
