Playground is proud to have grown from modest beginnings to a poker destination of international caliber. With the continued support of poker players from all over the world, Playground continues to expand and further develop our service offerings for our valued guests. Conveniently located just 15 minutes south of downtown Montreal in the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake, the complex currently offers over 40 poker tables and a selection of over 500 Electronic Gaming Devices (slots). In addition, Playground includes an inviting and locally renowned restaurant The Rail Coal Fire Bistro and is in the midst of an exciting expansion project that will include expanding the gaming floors, a stunning hotel and additional contemporary food and beverage outlets.

- **_*The **_Pizzaiolo_* plays an essential role in serving our guests and delivering a great dining experience Reporting to the Executive Chef, the *_Pizzaiolo_* will be experienced and efficient at the art of making wood oven pizzas. He/she will be responsible for preparing pizzas to a standard that consistently exceeds our guest’s expectations and providing pizzas of a high standing reputation. The pizzas must look great, taste great and be made to specifications using only the highest quality and freshest ingredients. To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational skills, be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas
- Understand POS generated orders
- Evaluate all food requirements and maintain standard level and quantity for same at all times
- Respect health and safety procedures
- Keeps pizza counter stocked and garnished, restocking regularly
- Close and clean station according to restaurant standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and chef

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in English or French and 18 years or older
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to adapt to different environments and speeds, as business flows can fluctuate greatly
- Presents a clean-cut, neat and professional image
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Has an excellent understanding of time management
- A positive and collaborative team player attitude
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays

Le Pizzaiolo joue un rôle essentiel pour servir nos clients et leur offrir une expérience gastronomique exceptionnelle Relevant du chef exécutif, le pizzaiolo doit être expérimenté et efficace dans l'art de préparer des pizzas au four à bois. Il/elle sera chargé(e) de préparer des pizzas selon des normes qui dépassent constamment les attentes de nos clients et de fournir des pizzas de grande réputation. Les pizzas doivent avoir une belle apparence, un bon goût et être préparées selon les spécifications en utilisant uniquement des ingrédients de la plus haute qualité et les plus frais. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez avoir un sens aigu de l'organisation, avoir l'esprit d'équipe et aimer travailler dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent rapidement.
