**Overview**

GFK is hiring an ambitious team member with experience in the food service sector.
This position allows room to grow into other roles (including Kitchen Manager) and a higher level of compensation.
Must be able to commit to a minimum of 24 hours/week with room for flexibility.

**Responsibilities**
- Food prep
- Maintain sanitation and food safety
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Plating and packaging of food
- Pickup grocery orders and store appropriately (check for freshness, store-by date)
- Unpack and organize supplies and inventory

**Experience**
- 6 months experience in the hospitality industry (the restaurant/catering/food prep sector)
- Work experience in a kitchen/restaurant
- Food Handler Certificate (employer will provide paid training if necessary)
- Must live in North Bay
- Able to stand for long periods and climb stairs
- Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Flexible with start/end hours depending on weekly orders
- Flexible with workdays depending on weekly orders
- Criminal record check required

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
