**Position Summary**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the team with administration, in-market execution, and business results of the Consumer Health Brands (COLD-FX as the primary brand). You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in developing and analyzing success of marketing campaigns
Working with agencies & brand team to manage artwork design & production for campaign materials such as coupons, flyer ads, sell sheets, detail aids, display artwork
Assist and manage Social Media content development and execution with agency partners
Some month end reporting eg A&P reconciliation
Proofing - labels, artwork etc
Completing the compliance process by completing the documents and following up with internal stakeholders
Coordinating with internal partners such as Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs for the approval processes.
Minimum 1-3 years in a marketing or communication management position - Consumer packaged goods or OTC supplements marketing experience an asset
Strong sense of urgency and results oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve. You are a “hands-on” person who enjoys doing as well as thinking. You have high-energy and a strong work ethic and a strong desire to develop and grow.
You have superior organization skills and a keen attention to detail.
You are able to clearly communicate good ideas, both in verbal and in written communication.
Proven skills in project management
Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
You are a team player with demonstrated ability to motivate and encourage others. You are independent, self-confident and highly credible to individuals inside and outside the organization.
Post
- secondary degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field preferred
