We have an excellent opportunity for a confident savvy Physician Recruitment Manager.

The Physician Recruitment Manager's primary focus is recruiting and retaining family practice physicians for MCI Medical Clinics. Understand that MCI's profitability primarily rests with walk-in and family practice service, specialist recruitment, and clinic utilization to ensure long-term viability.

Reporting to the Director of Physician Relations, the Physician Recruitment Manager will collaborate with the Physician Scheduler and physicians by maintaining open dialogue and responding to their issues promptly as part of a retention strategy.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with the doctor scheduler daily to keep the scheduler updated on new physicians and changing doctor circumstances.
- Attend regular physician coordination meetings with Operations and Physician Recruitment staff.
- Respond to changing priorities concerning physician requirements with activities such as spot mailings and direct calls.
- Administer and promptly maintain the doctor's contract files, agreements, and any special documentation.
- Address and document all MCI physician concerns and complaints.
- Maintain and update physician tracker, university recruitment, and physician database to ensure all information is current.
- Collaborate with doctor scheduler to ensure all doctor scheduling software information is current.
- Communicate physician payment agreements and changes with the accounting department.
- Communicate regularly with Regional Business Managers and Clinic Managers to understand each location's physician needs.
- Collaborates with Marketing and Communications team on social media attraction campaigns and marketing material.
- Maintain doctor recruiting and open shift statistics
- Assist with onboarding of new physicians with Clinic staff.
- Backup doctor scheduling function as needed

**Qualifications**
- 5 years of experience in a physician recruitment role or relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
- 5 years of experience working directly with physicians
- Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with physicians.
- Passion for recruitment and making a difference.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of sales metrics
