**Our expectations**:
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Inventory Finance Manager will be responsible of participating in the analysis of the Supply Chain group's activities. In collaboration with other finance teams, the Inventory Finance Manager will also have the role of supporting the team and their internal clients to achieve the financial objectives by following the monthly results, forecast, budget and strategic planning.
**Your role**:
- Act as a financial business partner to the Supply Chain/Demand planning operational team.
- Monitor inventory levels and purchases
- Forecast and budget working capital impact of inventory accounts, obsolescence and On-Hand inventory
- Monitor and report on slow movers and obsolete inventory
- Month-end variance analysis & reviews.
- Put in place financial planning models for forecast, budget and strategic planning processes.
- Support the organization by following different projects involving Supply Chain/ Demand planning (PLR, Wedges).Analyze and interpret financial results and KPI's.
- Provide support to the Supply Chain/Demand and replenishment team in the implementation of action plans and monitor results
**The qualifications we are looking for**:
- Undergraduate university education in finance, accounting or economics.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience pertinent experience
- Experience with Retail, Inventory and/or Supply Chain is an asset
- Self-motivated and result oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and presentation skills to leadership team
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly growing and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent knowledge of IT tools including Excel
