**Duties and Responsibilities**
**Terrapex**has an immediate, full-time permanent opening in our Hamilton office for an Environmental Scientist or Environmental Technician to become part of our growing site investigation and remediation team.
All work assignments require wearing personal protective equipment in adhering to Company and Client Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- an undergraduate degree or college diploma in Environmental Science, Earth Science, Geology, or Engineering;
- a basic knowledge of earth science, geology, hydrogeology, and environmental chemistry;
- general experience with the MS Office suite of software such as Excel, Words, and Teams;
- a love of the outdoors and a willingness to work in a hands‑on environment;
- an ability to meet challenging deadlines; and,
- a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license (Class G), as the position involves some travel within Ontario.
