Come find out for yourself what it\'s like to be a part of our journey.We offer attractive pay, flexible work options, a great corporate culture, comprehensive and employee-focused benefits including virtual healthcare and a wellness platform as well as great savings programs, and a clear vision for the future.#WeAreWSPWhat you can expect to do hereLead and manage Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), site remediation, and support for Risk Assessments and Records of Site Condition (O.Reg. 153/04)Apply knowledge of Ontario Regulation 406/19 (Excess Soil Management) in project planning and executionDevelop proposals, conceptual site models, and work programsSupervise and mentor junior staff in both field and office settingsCoordinate field programs, subcontractors, and equipment logisticsReview and interpret environmental data, lab results, and historical recordsPrepare technical reports and ensure regulatory complianceMaintain strong client relationships and contribute to business developmentSupport health and safety initiatives and promote a safety-first cultureWhat you’ll bring to WSPBachelor’s or Masters degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field, Masters degree preferred.5–7 years of experience in environmental consulting, with a focus on site assessment and remediationEligibility for professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo) and Qualified Person (QP) status preferredStrong understanding of Ontario environmental regulations (O.Reg. 153/04 & 406/19)Excellent communication skills and attention to detailValid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for local fieldwork #J-18808-Ljbffr
