By joining our team as a warehouse supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in keeping books out of landfills and getting them into the hands of people who need them. We're currently looking for punctual, reliable, and hardworking individuals to fill multiple openings in our warehouse. Join us and help make a difference

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse setting
- Proven ability to work independently with speed and attention to detail
- Ability to inspire and empower team members
- Familiarity with technology and proficient in using a laptop
- Must have steel-toed shoes

**Shift Requirements**:

- Shifts from 3:30 pm to 12:30 am

**Job Requirements**:

- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily scan targets and quality standards while also doing so yourself
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing health and safety guidelines

**Hourly Wage**:

- Starting wage is $19.00/hr with 4% vacation paid out
