**Here's What You Will Be Doing.**

The role of the Restaurant Manager:

- The success of this role relies on hosting the party, building a great team, upholding employment standards, and great guest satisfaction,
- Ongoing development of the team and managers within the restaurant and achieving defined targets.
- Embrace a developmental leadership style, which favors dialogue and engagement.

**This Is What You'll Need**:

- _2 to 4 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and a passion for a great guest experience_
- Positive attitude and ability to work a flexible schedule
- Smart Serve Certified
- Health and Safety Level 1 & 2 certification is an asset
- Reliable Transportation
