**What are your contributions to the team?**:

- Adhere to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data
- Verify and update customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information
- Research and qualify new record entries in Salesforce, ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created
- Manage sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misaligned
- Create company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams
- Perform regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained
- Meet or exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement timelines
- Manage and address customer requests for access to our customer portal as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet
