We are looking for supportive **Bartender Assistants **to enhance our bar team. As a Bartender Assistant, you support your bar team in all sorts of guest needs to ensure flawless execution. You are key in our guests having a great experience at Earls.

**As a Bartender Assistant, you will**:

- ** Assist your Bartenders in providing exceptional guest experiences. **By anticipating the needs of both your bartenders and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
- ** Place and Receive Liquor, Wine and Beer Orders**:

- ** Perform daily and weekly Prep** for the Bar Team
- ** Perform daily and weekly cleaning duties** to ensure our Bar is Most-Loved and Best Run
- ** Support the Bar Team acting as their Bar Back **during peak volume times
- ** Assist your Bar team in providing exceptional guest experiences. **By anticipating the needs of both your bartenders and guests, you’re one step ahead of the game at all times.
- ** Create authentic connections in every interaction. **Elevate the guest experience through fun, engaging and meaningful conversations with guests.
- ** Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. **Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- ** Adapt to any situation with ease. **Tackle problems by using your exceptional organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
