**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising plans to meet organizational goals.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors through effective communication and engagement strategies.
- Conduct research to identify new recurring donation opportunities, including individual donations or sponsorships.
- Utilize fundraising databases to manage donor information, track contributions, and generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight fundraising initiatives.
- Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor interactions.

**Skills**
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using databases for donor management and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling proposals and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
