**The Role**

We’re looking for someone who can take our brand and digital presence to the next level - designing, creating, and delivering content that builds interest, trust, and demand.

You’ll be responsible for how Ark shows up online. Your work will directly influence how customers discover us, what they think of us, and why they choose us.

This role is for someone who works quickly, takes ownership, and knows how to turn ideas into polished output.

**Responsibilities**

**_Web & Digital_**

- Design and update website pages and landing pages

- Improve layout, navigation, and conversion flows

- Maintain SEO fundamentals and analytics tracking

**_Content Creation_**

- Produce a steady cadence of social content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram

- Turn field photos and footage into posts, carousels, and short-form videos

- Write clear copy that supports marketing and recruiting campaigns

**_Brand Execution_**

- Maintain consistency across all visual and written materials

- Create templates and design systems for future scale
Update assets quickly based on feedback or performance

**_Marketing Support_**

- Assist with campaign creative, launch assets, and reporting

- Develop basic blog content and longer-form educational material

- Track engagement and performance results to guide improvement

** What You Bring**

- Strong design fundamentals - layout, typography, and brand alignment

- Experience with Webflow, WordPress, Wix or similar platforms

- Skill with Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Cloud

- Ability to film and edit short-form video content

- Clear and concise writing skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and hit deadlines

**Bonus Skills**:

- GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or Hotjar familiarity

- Basic animation or HTML/CSS/JS tweaks
