**The Opportunity**
Tantalus Labs seeks Production Workers for full-time employment at our SunLab cannabis cultivation and production facility in Maple Ridge, BC. Successful applicants will be expected to efficiently carryout production activities that will transform our sustainably cultivated, rainwater fed cannabis into finished products, such as cannabis pre-rolls and jars of cannabis flower.
**Wage**
Starting at $19.00 per hour.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Handling and storing dried cannabis flower material;
- Operating production equipment, including cannabis flower trimming equipment, hash making equipment, and packaging and labeling equipment;
- Destroying unneeded cannabis plant material;
- Cleaning and sterilizing rooms, equipment, and supplies;
- Carrying out other general duties to maintain the facility.
**Your Competencies**
- Ability to follow specific instructions;
- A commitment to accuracy and good attention to detail;
- Prior experience with manufacturing or production line-related work would be considered an asset.
**Working Conditions**
- Working outdoors and/or within a climate controlled greenhouse or enclosed trimming room
- Physically demanding work including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Repetitive work in a production environment
