**Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct inside sales activities to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships and track sales progress.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to reach out to potential customers and promote products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business development opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within technology sales or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Experience in telemarketing is a plus, demonstrating the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
- A proactive approach to business development, with a focus on achieving results.

Pay: $33,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
