Yes Andgo is a fast-growing software company that is expanding our financial department, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Finance to lead our financial strategy and execution. Reporting to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving Andgo's success by focusing on financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

As the VP of Finance, your primary responsibility will be to lead and own the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. By linking our strategic goals to effective execution, you will provide crucial insights and recommendations to the senior leadership team and board of directors, enabling them to make informed decisions. Your deep understanding of financial dynamics will make you the strong voice for The Dollar within our Senior Leadership Team, ensuring you possess comprehensive knowledge of the margins associated with all our deals.

Furthermore, you will actively work towards enhancing these margins by engaging in thoughtful negotiation with our customers and vendors. Rather than remaining on the sidelines, you will be an integral part of the game, contributing to Andgo’s growth by making foundational contributions. We are looking for a visionary leader who prioritizes revenue growth over cost-cutting measures, recognizing the long-term value in cultivating a sustainable financial growth strategy.

In addition, we seek a VP of Finance with a proven track record of producing the necessary systems and practices to guide Andgo to the Series B funding stage and beyond. Your expertise in implementing financial frameworks that support scaling organizations will be invaluable as we navigate our own growth trajectory. By developing robust financial systems, controls, and processes, you will ensure accurate financial reporting, effective cash flow management, and risk mitigation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead in preparing the annual financial plan, budgets, and forecast.
- Prepare financial reports for distribution to the management team and the board of directors promptly.
- Identify and understand business challenges; propose and create solutions.
- Partner directly with the leadership team to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.
- Oversight and responsibility to ensure Andgo’s pricing model serves the company's goals.

**Desired Skill & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree and more than six years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
- 3+ years in management
- Experience in SaaS environment
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Ability and experience leading and motivating a team
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
