**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow from roads, driveways, and parking lots.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for additional snow removal tasks as needed.
- Assist with landscape maintenance activities during off-season, including digging, building, and irrigating gardens.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is stored properly after use.
- Have a minimum of one or two years driving a truck, with a plow or similar experience.
- Able to perform all daily preventative maintenance (PM) on ALL company equipment.
- Meet or exceed company production standards of snow plowing and sanding/salting.
- Able to work with the company GPS snow tracking system, and related online reporting programs.
- Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to Supervisors.
- Aids in ensuring that company production standards are met.
- Always maintains a clean crew truck.
- Able to fill and process all necessary job paperwork, purchase orders, and time sheets etc.
- Assists in training other drivers.
- Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies and procedures.

**Experience**:

- Proven mechanical knowledge related to the operation of heavy machinery.
- Experience with landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in maintenance tasks.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
