**Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow from various surfaces to ensure safe access for pedestrians and vehicles. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe environment during winter weather conditions.

**Duties**:

- Clear snow from sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas using shovels and snow removal equipment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools effectively to assist in snow removal tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the snow removal process.
- Identify areas that require additional attention or maintenance, including potential hazards caused by snow accumulation.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete snow removal tasks within designated timeframes.

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge and experience with power tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols while working in winter conditions.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
