**Customer Support Associate for Electronic Medical Record Product**

Bright Health is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate to help customers and patients with our electronic medical record (EMR) and patient portal/personal health record solutions. Both our MOIS® EMR and our support are top-ranked in Canada. We need you to make our support even better

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
- Provide in-depth training and support to clients, both in person and via video conference.
- Travel on-site to provide support during go-lives. Some distance travel may be required.
- Creating complex documentation and training material.
- Creating medical forms and templates.
- Staying current with the latest developments in MOIS by participating in the software testing process.
- Collaborate with customers and within our customer support and development teams to identify requirements, enhancements and issues and work to address and/or resolve them.
- Other duties as assigned.

The Customer Support Associate will report to our Director of Support & Services.

**Qualifications and requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral.
- Self-starter who is motivated, confident and has solid organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and computer skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience in using MOIS or another EMR.
- Demonstrated competency in delivering presentations.
- Experience in training users and building related educational material.
- Attention to detail with robust investigative talents.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
