Our shifts run from**:Day, Afternoon & Night** (6.30am-2.30pm / 2.30pm-10.30pm / 10.30pm - 6.30am).
- You may earn automatically 5% to +17% more when working the Afternoon or Night shift. _

We are a Plastic Bags Manufacturing Company located in Delta, BC (Tilbury), in the process of hiring for our Production Team.

We are a well established company with over 30 years in the industry.

**Position Overview**

The Operator is expected to maintain standard production objectives through proper machine operation and will also learn to make necessary machine adjustments during production when necessary.

Other responsibilities include performing Quality Assurance checks using appropriate measuring devices and basic math skills. You must adhere to all safety requirements as well as maintain a clean and organized workplace.

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:
Repetitive tasks, Handling heavy loads, Physically demanding, Manual dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Standing for extended periods.

**Job Requirements**:

- #1 Requirement: Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure instructions.
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting (up to 30-50 lbs frequently).
- Working knowledge of safe lifting methods (Forklift certification is an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (help others, keep yourself busy)
