Job Requirements:
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education and Experience**
- Post-secondary education in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- 2-3 years of related work experience, with demonstrated expertise in supporting talent management programs, including leadership and employee development, and organizational development initiatives.
- Technical proficiency demonstrated through experience with tools and platforms such as:

- Multimedia training platforms and methods (e.g., Mentimeter, PowerPoint, and Adobe).
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of or experience with Success Finder (preferred).

**Skills**
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to take initiative and follow through on tasks.
- Effective independent work and collaboration in team settings.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion in sensitive situations.

- Fluency in both English and French

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1600 hours. This is a temporary position with an anticipated end date of September 2025, and a start date as soon as possible. While full-time availability is preferred, we are open to flexible arrangements, including hybrid options, to accommodate individual schedules and support work-life balance.

- $42.13 - 45.61 per hour, plus a generous vacation allotment
