Description

Ton emploi?:

- Évaluer la performance des modèles IA à l’aide de métriques avancées et d’outils spécialisés comme DeepEval.
- Effectuer le fine-tuning de modèles IA pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des cas d’usage bancaires.
- Concevoir et optimiser des prompts pour les modèles d’IA générative afin d’améliorer leur pertinence et leur efficacité.
- Mettre en place des systèmes de monitoring pour suivre la performance des modèles en production.
- Collaborer avec les analystes et développeurs pour intégrer les modèles dans les solutions technologiques de la Banque.
- Travailler avec la plateforme AWS Bedrock pour le déploiement et la gestion des modèles IA.
- Utiliser Terraform pour automatiser l’infrastructure IA dans un environnement infonuagique.
- Participer à la veille technologique et à l’évaluation de nouveaux outils et modèles IA. Contribuer à la diffusion des bonnes pratiques en IA et à la formation des membres de l’équipe.

Ton équipe?:
Tu feras partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire de 25 collègues passionnés, sous la direction du directeur principal de l’AI Factory. L’équipe se distingue par son expertise en IA, sa capacité d’innovation et son esprit collaboratif. Tu évolueras dans un environnement stimulant, propice à l’apprentissage continu et à la croissance professionnelle.

**Requis obligatoire**

Prérequis?:

- Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en informatique, mathématiques, intelligence artificielle ou domaine connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en science des données ou en développement de modèles IA.
- Maîtrise du langage Python et des librairies IA.
- Expérience avec Terraform et les environnements infonuagiques, notamment AWS.
- Connaissance de la plateforme AWS Bedrock, un atout.
- Expérience avec des outils d’évaluation de modèles comme DeepEval.
- Capacité à vulgariser des concepts techniques complexes à des parties prenantes non techniques.
- Excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et esprit d’équipe.
