**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Help set the standards of operation and culture for the opening of our new location.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the bar, lounge, and front-of-house areas.
- Restock bar supplies, glassware, and beverages to ensure efficient service.
- Polish glassware, utensils, and bar tools to maintain presentation standards.
- Assist bartenders with basic prep work, such as garnishes and setting up bar stations.
- Collect and remove used glassware and dishes promptly, keeping the environment tidy.
- Support the service team by resetting and preparing tables during turnover periods.
- Monitor and replenish restroom supplies, ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Manage waste and recycling areas, regularly removing refuse to designated locations.
- Respond promptly to requests from bartenders and servers to assist with guest needs.
- Perform nightly breakdown and cleanup of the bar and lounge areas.
- Uphold Social Corner’s values by contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- No previous experience required, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.
- A valid Food Safe certification is required.
- A proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organised environment.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including carrying and lifting bar supplies.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset to support front-of-house operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour
