Customer Logistics Representative

Johnson & Johnson Canada Inc., a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Customer Logistics Representative Located in Toronto, ON, this role is a 12-month contract.
The Customer Logistics Representative is an integral and meaningful role with critical responsibilities and the connection between customers and J&J. As a CLR, you will operate within a team environment and be responsible for handling orders and credits, investigating claims, handling returns, collaborating with customers to ensure adherence to order fulfillment policies and actively communicating important information.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Returns - research and approve/deny customer returns ensuring adherence to policies
- Customer inquiries and communications - respond to customer inquiries with varying levels of complexity and difficulty; ensure issues and problems are resolved appropriately and in a timely manner; communicate difficult or complex information to customers; use facts and data appropriately to address customer questions
- Customer claims - investigate and ensure resolution of all customer claims within specified timelines; prepare reports and documentation to support the approval or denial of the claim; communicate decisions to customer
- Reporting - prepare other reporting related to Narcotic orders, month-end, and returns
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- A minimum of a college diploma required; Bachelor's/University degree preferred
**Experience and Skills**:
**Required**:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Customer Service experience or a related role
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and process adherence
- Experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written
**Preferred**:
- Experience with SAP or equivalent systems
- Understanding of the order to cash cycle and supply chain basics
- Skilled in analytics and data communication
- Working knowledge of SOX, GMP, and Healthcare Compliance requirements
- Experience within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry
**Other**:
- Requires proficiency in English (oral and written); proficiency in French is highly desired
- Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week
- This is fixed-term assignment which is expected to conclude at or after 12 months from your start date in this project role
