Qualifications:
**Essential**:

- Post-secondary education in Pharmacy Assistant, Business Administration or Pharmacy Technician or related fields. A suitable combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Experience performing clerical and administrative duties in an office environment such as data entry, reviewing and verifying information for accuracy, processing detailed documentation, and answering phones.
- Experience working with the public, managing client expectations and providing customer service to diverse clientele preferably in a Pharmacy setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with high level of initiative.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of Prescription Drug Cost Assistance Act, Prescription Drugs Payment of Benefits Regulation, Specified Drugs Regulation, and Manitoba Drug Interchangeability Formulary.

**Duties**:
The Client Service Representative processes claims and responds to diverse and complex inquires by phone regarding the benefits and programs offered by the Non-Insured Benefits Branch. The incumbent requires extensive knowledge of all non-insured benefits programs, policies, and administrative procedures. Superior customer service skills are required.
