Reporting to the Director of Technical Maintenance, the role of the sought-after person is to carry out the maintenance of indoor and outdoor public places, to complete various seasonal tasks, as well as to maintain an adequate standard of cleanliness and maintenance reflecting the high standards of the Humaniti complex as well as the expectations of its customers. The desired person knows how to demonstrate autonomy, dynamism and has the ability to respond quickly to urgent requests in order to maintain the service standard of the Humaniti complex.

**ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Taking out the trash
- Carry out minor repairs in common areas (plastering, painting. Various installations etc.)
- Carry out preventive maintenance and refurbishment in public places and its various equipment
- Clean and maintain interior and exterior entrances daily
- Clear snow or salt exterior entrances
- Collaborate or carry out any other tasks related to the maintenance department, as needed and at the request of the immediate superior
- Ensure maintenance of public spaces and property systems
- Maintain and clean outdoor parking lots and loading docks
- Maintain swimming pools and adjacent areas
- Provide assistance to residents for any defect falling under the responsibility of Humaniti if necessary
- Respond to emergencies as needed

**EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Knowledge of minor repairs
- Be a good team player
- Have a good sense of interpersonal communication
- Knowledge of plumbing and electricity, an asset
