**Your New Role**

You will be responsible: execute medium and large development project, on budget and on time. This will require you to plan, schedule, coordinate, organize all the materials & people working to arrive at the end successfully. You must be extrememely organized, to track and organize the overall project, and work daily with the Site Super to get the project advancing fast. If you know how to solve renovation and construction site problems, and have real ICI and land development experience, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
To be successful within this position you will have minimum 10+ years’ doing $2M to $20M, low or mid-rise site supervisor experience working on residential development new builds or ICI construction projects. Dedicated and accountable to the result of the project. You will be leading projects from start to finish, so you will need to be very organized, efficient and do the required planning. Top skills are: real experience managing design, budgets, 30+ onsite trades, coordinating with the Site Supervisor, high attention to detail, understanding of the building code, and the delivery of a quality product.

You will have minimum 10+ years’ doing $2M to $20M, low or mid-rise site supervisor or project manager experience working on residential low and mid-rise development project or ICI construction projects.

**These would be considered valued assets**

Have project managed several $10M-$20M projects in the last 10 years.
Understand the construction divisions, CCDC, project planning & budget tracking.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
