**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate a hydraulic press to produce components from ceramic powder.
- Load and unload production equipment manually and with a forklift.
- Operate various manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard procedures.
- Perform material handling, product packaging, and participate in shipping and receiving activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory and equipment.
- Assist with the installation of new equipment and support plant expansion projects.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, quality standards, housekeeping rules, and operating procedures.
- Work rotating shifts including day, afternoon, or night shifts as scheduled.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Experience**
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Previous work in a manufacturing facility is an asset.
- Experience operating tools, machinery, or fabrication equipment.
- Experience using a forklift will be preferred

**Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Comfortable working a **continental 12-hour shift schedule** (day, afternoon, or night).
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
- Positive team attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability.
