**BOCADO RESTAURANT**We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations for our new location in Collingwood

**BOCADO RESTAURANT** is a Spanish inspired restaurant, with a location in Prince Edward County, BOCADO is a true expression of the Mediterranean, and Spanish cuisine through its colourful menu and thoughtful décor.

The Bar Manager will play a key role in supporting the restaurants vision for high quality service and ensuring that it is delivered, with a hands-on approach in a professional, safe and efficient manner.

As a Bar Manager you will oversee daily operations of our establishment, empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision to support in the running of a successful business.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist with management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Lead guests through interesting and diverse cocktails, wine lists and food menu
- Help to lead staff training and development in the areas of wine service, and overall service excellence
- Perform opening and closing responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all bar activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels.
- Train and mentor bar staff on customer service excellence, drink preparation, and food safety protocols.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus that align with customer preferences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain high satisfaction levels..
- Monitor financial performance of the bar, including sales reporting and cost control measures.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with silverware POS preferred but not essential

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week

Additional pay:
