**Key responsibilities (What you will do)**
The **Customer Care Representative** will:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and professional handling of inquiries throughout the order process
Process sales orders, track production schedules, and monitor order status.
Ensure accurate and timely order management, from entry to dispatch.
Organize, track and manage shipments to clients, ensuring all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
Minimize delays and errors by coordinating between sales, production, logistics and QA/QC.
Maintain sales records, update the CRM and internal systems and generate reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
Keep inventory records up to date and provide visibility on stock levels to support sales planning and client commitments.
Strengthen client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and providing reliable support.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and discrepancies.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency, such as automating repetitive tasks or improving data management.
Assist with market research and the organization of trade shows, conferences and other events.
Perform additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities may vary based on business needs.

Technical background is an asset.
Knowledge of optics or electronics is an asset.
