With this experienced team, and our recent growth, we are opening a new position for a Sales
Development Representative, with a focus on driving our lead generation program. The goal is to help us extend our new customer acquisition from within our targeted manufacturing prospect base. We have all the latest SDR technology tools to support our team including: ZoomInfo, Engage and Chorus.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Execution of FreePoint’s business development reach out program
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives for prospect acquisition through lead generation
- Create and manage sales development campaigns for lead generation
- Understand and determine customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs
- Use a consultative approach to introduce FreePoint’s suite of solutions
- Utilize the company technology tools (ZoomInfo, Engage and Chorus) to accelerate the lead generation efforts
- Reporting regularly on all key performance indicators and OKRs;
**Who We Are Looking For**
- **MUST HAVE**: Sales Development experience in scale up SaaS business to success
- **MUST HAVE**:3+ years working in B2B marketing
- **MUST HAVE**: Proven lead generation skills
- **BIG PLUS**: Experience in manufacturing
- A Degree/Diploma, preferably within business or marketing
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a fluid company
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong team player with the ability to influence, work cross functionally, build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in highly collaborative and fast paced environments.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
