so ensuring that the day-to-day functions as designated by his or her direct supervisor are both adhered to and done efficiently and safely. *Reports to: *Plant Management *Duties:*
- Monitor Pre-Treatment system, test and adjust parameters to ensure specifications are maintained; including wash temperature, Ph levels, chemical concentrations/conductivity and TDS (total dissolved solids) of rinse tanks
- Monitor and clean spray nozzles (5 stages)
- Clean orange line tanks (5 tanks)
- Maintain Reverse Osmosis holding tank and test TDS
- Monitor and adjust Waste Water Treatment system, monitor and adjust Ph levels, and adding Calcium Chloride and polymer
- Empty and clean water filters, removal of sludge into drums
- Monitor and adjust zinc and phosphate levels/concentrations in tanks
- Perform quality checks of coated product for proper curing, powder coating and thickness using various quality control instruments
- Verify coated parts count and measurement and total bars of required finished product
- Complete Daily Coating Reports and data entry of work orders processed in ERP system
- QUALIFICATIONS:

- *Detail Oriented*
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with handling of chemicals and WHMIS training (O.T hours flexible); Must be flexible with 11pm-7am shift Education: Chemical Technician Diploma Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Benefits:
