**The Role**
As a key member of our team the Custodian will take ownership of all public areas within the resort, and ensure the sanitization, cleanliness, and replenishment are up to company standards. Your responsibility will be to ensure that all public areas are inviting, stocked, and always cleaned.
**Your contributions to the team include**:

- Cleaning public areas while meeting Naturally Hotels & Resorts Ltd. Standards including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, inside window cleaning, replenish supplies.
- Respond to guests and staff inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

**A few things we are looking for in a new team member**:

- Knowledge of chemicals and products used for cleaning.
- Must be able to assess a situation for danger or safety issues and act accordingly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk for an extended period.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Passion for creating positive guest encounters that will reflect our genuine hospitality and high-quality service.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
